Abel Solutions and Abel Software is committed to giving you the best support possible.  Once your system has been implemented, the Abel Solutions support team is primed to assist your staff to keep Abel running in an optimal way.

Abel's End User Software Licence Agreement includes access to all patches, new releases, and new version releases.  Contact us to discuss these with you and arrange for the installation.

Should you identify an issue with your Abel System, you should notify our technical support centre.  Please do not contact Abel Software as we are responsible for resolving the issues locally where possible.

In the event that we identify that the issue is a product issue relating to the Licensed Software itself, the issue will be escalated to Abel Software to rectify. 

Support

Support for the Abel system can be found in several places. The best place to start would be to log an issue with our On-Line Support Ticket System. A support ticket will be created and can be tracked through the website.

Another great place would of course be the Forum. On our Abel Forum you can find help and support from other users as well as from Us! The Forum contains a lot of information, FAQ's, just about anything you are looking for in terms of support.

Three other resources for Support are the Knowledge Base, Email and Direct Contact with us. The Knowledge Database provides lots of technical information for the experienced User (Super-User) as well as those new to Abel. Should you be experiencing a problem with the Knowledge Base, simply drop us an email and we will get back to you as soon as possible. If all else fails, simply give us a call!

Documentation

Abel Documentation is structured per installation and therefore no "global" documentation exists on this site. Please contact the Implementation Consultant that was responsible for your implementation to discuss your documentation needs.
